Getting to know each other, understanding the organization, and making an initial assessment of your needs.
Review & Goal Definition
Joint clarification of project fit, alongside defining the objectives, scope, and desired output.
Team Assembly
Selecting the ideal consulting team based on the specific project requirements.
Kick-off Meeting
Official project start with team introductions, goal alignment, and clarifying our collaboration approach.
Check-in 1
After about two weeks, the team presents their current progress. We will jointly discuss the project direction, identify additional focus areas, and request any outstanding information.
Check-in 2
A second alignment takes place after another two weeks. The focus is again on progress, feedback, and potential adjustments to the work plan.
Final Presentation
At the project's conclusion, final results are presented and officially handed over to the organization.

Yes – 100% pro bono. As a student initiative, we do not charge any fees. Our work is driven by the desire to gain real consulting experience while making a meaningful contribution to civil society.
Projects typically run for 8 to 12 weeks, structured around clearly defined milestones and regular check-in meetings to ensure alignment throughout.
We work with registered non-profit organizations, NGOs, social enterprises, and educational institutions. Our only criterion is that the organization is working toward a positive social impact.
Our consultants are Master’s and Bachelor’s students at WHU — Otto Beisheim School of Management, one of Europe’s top-ranked business schools. Many bring prior experience from internships at leading consulting firms, investment banks, and corporations.
