Event planning
Every year, the foundation awards a prize to young people who have demonstrated exceptional social commitment. Annually, we are delighted to support Filippa's Angels in their project-based event planning.

The organization seeks to enlist two consultants to examine the reasons behind this downturn and to devise strategies to enhance engagement and support.
Business Case
A refugee rescue boat lies unrefurbished in the port of Malta. And what else? "A ship is safe in harbor, but that is not what ships are built for." In our project, we investigated whether there is any other option for this ship in the future than lying in harbor.
Funding Strategy
Our consultants mainly focus on developing a sophisticated funding strategy for marketing and social media for the association. Together, we are committed to making a lasting difference and eagerly anticipate the positive outcomes that our collaborative efforts will bring.
Customer analysis
As probably the best-known social lottery in Germany, Aktion Mensch supports the improvement of living conditions for people with disabilities, children and young people. We helped with a customer and social structure analysis in other European countries against the background of an increasingly stagnating market (in cooperation with JC Network).
